DHB Training and Consulting (DHBTC) is committed to the pursuit of excellence in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment performance in carrying out its business activities to create value to its stakeholders

It is DHBTC policy to do all that is reasonably achievable precautions to prevent personal injury, ill-health and damage to property and to protect everyone from foreseeable hazards. This includes learners, tutors, trainees, lawful visitors, staff, and members of the general public whilst on DHBTC property.

Its DHBTC policy to:

• Comply with all applicable HSE legal standards, DHBTC internal standards, relevant international standards and best HSE practices and strive for “beyond compliance” leadership;

• Identify and assess all work related risks and implement proactive measures to control such risks by using hierarchy of control.

• Ensure during different activities of DHBTC that safety and protection of its employees, leaners, tutors, trainees, visitors, and contractors and local communities;

• Consider the principles of sustainable development in planning and conducting its business. In term of water and energy conservation program and manage of different type of waste

• Promote a constant and continuing interest in health, safety, and welfare matters applicable to DHBTC activities, and in particular by consulting and involving employees or their representatives wherever possible.

• (DHBTC) Provide adequate information, instructions and supervision for employees, leaners, tutors, trainees, visitors, and contractors to proactively manage OHSE.

• Provide sufficient resources to enable the provisions of this policy to be carried out and to embrace a policy of continuous improvement where health and safety matters are involved.

• Review the systems, controls and processes on regular intervals to ensure integrity and compliance.

• All have a duty to co-operate in the operation of this policy:

• by reporting any incidents that have or may cause injury, ill-health or property damage.

• by complying with written safety instructions and procedures.

• by complying with relevant laws that has been brought to their attention.

• by helping in the incident investigation.

• Ensure preparedness at DHBTC facility at all times to deal with emergency situations and crisis.

• Implement this policy through a comprehensive plan with measurable goals and objectives and with monitoring and analysis of performance against the plan.

• Each DHBTC employee has responsibility to ensure that detailed HSE arrangements within their area of responsibility are up to date and accurately reflect the instructions and procedures to be followed; • Treat DHBTC HSE policy violations extremely seriously and take appropriate disciplinary action(s).

• DHBTC management will ensure that employees, leaners, tutors, trainees, visitors, and contractors are fully understand this policy and are active in promoting positive culture

• DHBCT will only work with suppliers and contractors who follow high standards of HSE practices.

• DHBTC general health and safety, environmental (HSE) policy will be reviewed on an annual basis.
